CAN LOAN FILE FLAGS™ BE CUSTOMIZED?
Loan File Flags™ can be customized by size of sheet, color, and label content. Many clients have different layouts for the each type of loans.
Loan File Flags™ are designed to be 10, 20 or 28 up. Although other configurations can be designed, the 20 up seems to be the most efficient by allowing the loan processor to have all of the required documents listed on one sheet.
Having one sheet per loan file allows the processor to have a built in check-and-balance. As flags are used and put on the Loan documents, the processor knows that the remaining flags signify missing documents.
