HOW DO LOAN FILE FLAGS™ WORK?
Loan File Flags™ are removable mylar flags used to identify loan documentation. Loan File Flags™ identify each document with its own flag eliminating the need for repeated file searches and let you see "at a glance" what is missing. Loan File Flags™ are pre-printed, yet can be designed to include blank write-on flags for those unexpected documents that might occur.
Each flag sheet contains your customized list of documents in one place. No thinking required. The document is either present and flagged, or it is not, and the flag remains on the sheet showing what is still needed. After the loan is processed and approved, the flags can remain in the file or removed easily without disassembling the file.
